From facilitating meet and greet interactions to providing event information and event support, the event services team will ensure attendees have all the appropriate contacts, scheduling and key information. Volunteers will have knowledge and assistance where required with coordinating transport and act as an information resource for the event.

Operation Services
The Operations team will assist the venue controller to ensure the event runs on schedule, courts are clean and venue operations occur seamlessly. They will provide operational support to event staff in the championship office, assistance with keeping the courts clean and tidy before and after matches and act as venue liaisons to secure resources such catering, deliveries, physio or medical assistance (e.g. providing ice or water).

Accreditation Coordinators
The Accreditation Coordinators will assist event staff with production and distribution of passes as well as keeping accreditation databases. They will look after assembling, printing and packaging passes to be delivered to appropriate staff, officials and volunteers (either in person or post), check identities and solve any accreditation issues.
