2024/25 Membership Renewal - Tips for clubs and members

As we roll into the new financial year, 2024/25 membership is up for renewal.

As this is a new process for many in the new MySquashAUS system, we realise that both clubs and members may be unfamiliar with the process to ensure a seamless transition.

Some common issues clubs have encountered include:

  • Finding members and and locating them in the system

  • Updating member details, and

  • how to email 2023/24 members

We have information for clubs to follow to answer these questions - click here.

For returning members, the process to renew should be simple as long as your club has setup its rollover to 2024/25.

Members simply need to go to https://www.squashaus.com.au/club-finder then follow these steps:

  1. Search for your club
  2. Click REGISTER
  3. Click RETURNING MEMBER
  4. Enter your details
  5. Check your email for a verification link
  6. Select your Membership Category (click the link if you are not sure which category you should choose)
  7. Accept terms & conditions
  8. Complete Payment
